Delivery & Returns
All orders are either delivered by hand (where possible) or sent with RoyalMail tracked service. You will be sent a tracking number and link when your order has been dispatched.
Please note, all orders take 3-5 business days to arrive from order unless otherwise specified.
If you need your item sooner for a special occasion, please contact the customer care team on: firstname.lastname@example.org and they will do their best to get it to you in time.
Any returns requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
In order to request a return of your item(s), please email email@example.com and someone from the team will coordinate with you.
All returns must be unworn, and still have all labels attached and intact.
We currently do not cover the cost of returns and recommend that you use a trackable/signed for service to ensure the correct delivery and smooth refund process.
Once we have received your return, we will process the refund and it may take up to 2 weeks for you to receive the refund into your bank account.
You will be notified by email when we process your refund.
